Process:

Is it possible to make an appointment in person?

In-person appointments are available in our New York showroom. An initial phone session is always required to understand your preferences.

Why can't I see the diamond options and prices?

Each diamond is curated for your custom ring(s). Because each piece is made to order, our pricing is based on your ring specifications.

 

​

How long does the process take? 

We recommend starting the process two months before your proposal date to provide ample time to design and produce your ideal ring!

​

Who will be helping me? 

You will be working directly with Nick Hatia or one of our professional gemologists.

 

​

What are your hours of operation?

By appointment only, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays.

Where are you based? 

We’re based in New York, New York.

​

 

Do you work with clients based across the country or world?
Many of our clients come from all around the country and the world! Because of our remote process, we can connect with you from any location.

What types of settings can you make?

Because each setting is made to order, we can create any setting you desire. Your dream it. We create it. 

 

​

Do you work with fancy colored diamonds and gemstones?

We work with GIA Certified fancy colored diamonds that are natural and untreated. We also work with gemstones such as emeralds, sapphires, and rubies. 

 

​

Do you work with only natural diamonds? 
We work with natural GIA Certified diamonds, as well as, GIA and IGI Lab Grown diamonds.

 

​

Can I sell or upgrade my diamond with you?
If it's a diamond of a quality we typically work with, we'll purchase it or assist you in upgrading.

What is the procedure for selecting diamonds?
Based on your preferences, your personal gemologist will curate a collection of diamonds for you. You may then choose your preferred diamond or provide feedback so that we can find you the ideal one!

Where do you get your diamonds?
We collaborate with some of the leading manufacturers in the United States and abroad to handpick the ideal diamond selection for you. 

 

​

What is the average time it takes to make a decision?
Once you've chosen your diamonds, we can keep them off the market for up to five days. We'd love to hear from you within the next two days so we can keep guiding you to the perfect diamond.

What types of metals do you work with?
We work with platinum, 14K, and 18K white, yellow, and rose gold. 

​

​

What if I don't know the size of my fingers?
No worries! We'll use our ring sizer to assist you.

​

​

Can I show you photographs of rings as an example?
Absolutely! If you come across photographs of rings that you like, save them and send them to us! We may utilize photographs to help us design your custom ring.

​

​

Where are your rings manufactured?
All of our rings are handcrafted in New York or overseas if necessary.

​

​

How long would it take to manufacture my custom ring?
Handcrafting a ring typically takes 4-6 weeks; however, please let us know if you have a deadline!

Shipment:

How will the ring be shipped if in not in New York?
We ship the ring first-class overnight in an unmarked package. 

 

​

Will the package be insured? 
During transit, your shipment will be insured.

 

Is a signature required when receiving the package?
Yes, your signature will be required. 

 

​

Is a ring box included?
We provide a ring box.

 

​

Where can I have my package delivered?
You can have it delivered to a home or workplace where a trustworthy adult can sign for it. If you prefer to pick it up, you may mail it to a local FedEx location. 

 

​

How long will the shipment take? 
We ship overnight. During working business days, the package should arrive the next day. 

 

​

What if I need to update the address?
Please contact us before noon on the day of shipment if you need to change the address.

​

Payment:

​

​

How does payment work?
Once you've decided on a diamond, we only require a third of the total cost as a deposit to guarantee that it's yours. We require full payment at the time of pick-up or before shipment. 

 

​

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We make it simple for you to pay with cash, credit card (+3%), or wire transfer.

​

​

Do you offer financing? 

We do not offer any type of financing.

​

​

Do you offer a refund on engagement rings?

All sales are final since each piece is made to order.

​

​

Is it possible for you to resize my ring?

Your first resizing is complimentary, and any additional resizes cost $100. We don't recommend resizing your ring too many times as it may damage the ring's structure. Keep in mind that your ring size may alter with the seasons/temperature.

​

What happens if I damage my ring? 

If you damage your ring during the first six months, most repairs are free. After six months, there may be costs associated with wear and tear. Please review our warranty page for more information.
